Nick is “of counsel” to our office. That means that Nick works for us part-time while handling his own, independent law practice. In the 1990’s he was one of our full-time associate attorneys.

Nick handles both “inside” and “outside” work for us. The “inside” work consists of file reviews, preparation of pleadings, and any estate aspect of our personal injury work. His “outside” work includes litigation work outside the office, such as City hearings, court appearances, and examinations before trial. Nick has handled thousands of personal injury cases.

Nicholas A. Chivily is admitted to practice in New York. He is a graduate of Albany Law School (J.D. 1989) and Syracuse University (B.A. 1986).
