Sadly, Elise passed away suddenly while on vacation. She was of counsel to our firm.

Elise was not only an attorney but a registered nurse. She used to have a medical malpractice expert service where she reviewed hundreds of cases involving medical malpractice. In addition Elise handled mass torts including medical device and drug product liability cases. She was very accomplished. She had a nursing degree (B.S.N.) from the University of Pennsylvania; a master’s degree (M.P.A.) in public health from New York University; and a law degree (J.D.) from New York Law School. She was admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.

She will be missed.
