Mirsade is a trial attorney. She spends almost every day in court handling trials, hearings, motions, depositions, and court conferences.

Her personal injury experience began as early as law school where she worked at the Staten Island Torts Division of the Corporation Counsel, the attorneys for the City of New York. She represents the Albanian community in personal injury, property damage, and insurance matters. Mirsade speaks fluent Albanian.

Mirsade Bajraktarevic is admitted to practice in New York. She is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D. 1999) and St. John’s University (B.A. 1996).
